THE CUPCAKE COURIER is a new product designed to transport and store cupcakes and muffins in a stylish carrier. It was invented, developed, and designed by a  mother of two in need of a product to safely transport the gazalions of cupcakes she takes her children's parties,school gatherings, and all sorts of functions.

The CUPCAKE COURIER is a rectangular, translucent plastic container that holds three stackable cupcakes trays. each tray has 12 deep cups to hold each cupcake secure. it has a comfortable handle, and 4 bottom latches that hold the base securely.

The cupcake courier is able to transport and store up to thirty-six cupcakes or muffins all in one easy great looking container.

the cupcake courier's 3 trays can be removed, and the unit can double as a cake courier.

Easy Cupcake Recipe
This simple vanilla cupcake recipe creates a cupcake that is perfect background for your creative decorating ideas.
Ingredients
• 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
• 1 1/3 cups sugar
• 3 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup shortening
• 1 cup milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 2 large eggs
 

Easy Cupcake Recipe Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Line cupcake pans with paper liners.
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl.  Add shortening, milk, and vanilla.  Beat for 1 minute on medium speed.  Scrape side of bowl with a spatula.
Add eggs to the mixture.  Beat for 1 minute on medium speed.  Scrape bowl again.  Beat on high speed for 1 minute 30 seconds until well mixed.
Spoon cupcake batter into paper liners until 1/2 to 2/3 full.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool 5 minutes in pans then remove and place on wire racks to cool completely.
Once cupcakes are completely cooled, frost with your favorite frosting recipe or decorate as you desire.

I felt in indulgent mood and made Chocolate Chip Cupcakes. We keep going for 7 mile walks in the countryside and working up an appetite. Hence the chocolate cravings for chocolate heaven cupcakes. This is my recipe for Chocolate Chip Cupcakes.
Ingredients
4 oz--110gm--1/2cup caster sugar
4 oz--110gm--1/2 cup unsalted butter or margarine
4 oz--110gm--1 cup plain flour
1 oz--25gm--1/8 cup cocoa powder
1 teaspoon of baking powder
2 eggs 1 tablespoon of milk
1/4 cup of chocolate chips


Method
1.       Put the butter and sugar in a bowl and beat with a mixer or wooden spoon
2.       Add the eggs one at a time and beat each one well.
3.       Add the milk and mix. Add the flour, baking powder ,cocoa powder (sieve together into the bowl with the other ingredients)chocolate chips and mix gently together.
4.       Divide into cup cases and fill 2/3 s full.
5.       Large cupcakes cook at for 15 to 20 minutes, small cupcakes for 12 to 15 minutes, both at gas 5, 375F or 190C in the middle of an oven.
6.       Remove and cool it first
7.        topped off with butter cream and more chocolate chips
Try lots of cocoa in the butter cream.
