- The Cupcake that Could Someone once said, "It's the little things that truly matter." In the case of the cupcake, you can't find a truer statement. The cupcake is a smaller version of the larger, more glamorous cakes. As its name implies, a cupcake is a cake that can be contained in a cup. Thus, it seems downright impossible to find a cupcake that has the intricate designs and multiple tiers that the more glamorous cakes have. But its size is also one of the advantages of the cupcake. When ordering cakes for any occasion, you may feel pressured to finish the whole thing, or else let it go to waste. In the case of cupcakes, everyone can have a bite, everyone can feel satisfied, and since it is also easy to make, you can demonstrate your culinary prowess.
